SABRE GDS SALES INFORMATION

Facilitated by the Vipper IATA code VG,  you as a Sabre agent can now book VG bus and international train tickets including high-speed trains via the Sabre GDS, connecting major cities in Europe.

Important for Sabre agents

  • Agents must provide an email and DOB in the PNR for the ticket to be issued.
  • All passengers must carry a valid travel document, if not the train or bus operator may decide to deny the PAX from boarding.
  • If you require support from our dedicated Vipper Agent Care team simply email: agentcare@vipper.com.
  • VG bus and train segments can be sold as a stand-alone or in conjunction with flights.
  • Travel agents can now book VG train services from 3 months up to 48 hours prior to departure.
  • Travel agents can book VG bus services from 3 months up to 24 hours prior to departure.
  • In case the train and/or bus segment is sold through an airline partner, the issuing airline is responsible for the flight sector (s) booked by the passenger (s).
  • A separate PNR/booking reference for bus and/or train transport is created in conjunction with a flight PNR/booking reference.
  • When booking directly via vipper.com a separate boarding pass is issued by VG for the rail sector.
  • Baggage will not be checked (through) by VG onto a partner airline or vice versa. The Passenger is responsible for their baggage(s).
  • At the destination or connecting point, the passenger must go to the train station or airport on their provided boarding pass.
